Asian Side of the Doc welcomes Thai PBS as Gold Partner
Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS) is Thailand’s national public broadcaster with a mission to provide distinctive and comprehensive commercial-free broadcasting services of high standard based on a code of ethics, public interest and cost-effectiveness.
Established in 2008, Thai PBS has brought social and cultural perspectives to the daily lives of Thai people through its diverse news, educational and entertainment programs. Our vision is to be a public media institution that strives to promote a just and an informed society.
To protect Thai PBS against political and commercial influence, it is financed with excise taxes on tobacco and alcohol, enabling Thai PBS to maintain editorial independence, fair, balanced and impartial news coverage and programs.
Thai PBS strongly believes in the role of citizens in public broadcasting. Thai PBS encourages public participation in both its programming and other activities through its Audience Council, Citizen Journalists Program and supporting small and start-up independent TV program producers.
Connect with Thai PBS executives in Bangkok, from Tuesday, January 30 to Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
